  • Current Delivery Area:
    We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
  • Future Expansion:
    We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations and will update this policy once additional countries are supported.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
    There are no hidden handling or processing fees.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Order Cut-off Time:
    Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT), will be processed the same business day.
    Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Non-Processing Days:
    We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery:
    Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days after the order date.
    This includes both processing (1–2 days) and shipping time (3–5 days) depending on your location in the UK.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

    We partner with Royal Shipment to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

  • Damaged Orders:
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Lost Orders:
    If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution.
  • Delays:
    While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, external factors (e.g. courier delays or weather) may affect delivery. We will notify you of any known delays.
