We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that all costs associated with returning an item are the customer’s responsibility, including the creation of a return shipping label.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
