Oxford Elite – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oxford Elite. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the following policy.

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Exceptions:
Custom or personalized products and hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments) cannot be returned unless unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
  • Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In such cases, Oxford Elite will cover the return costs and provide either a full refund or a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process after delivery.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered.
If you ordered the wrong size, please return the item and place a new order for the correct size.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@oxford-elite.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  2. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization along with instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item(s), include all original packaging, and attach the return authorization.
  4. Ship the return using a tracked service to the return address below.
